We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Analyst / Research Analyst to work part-time. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research methods & data analysis, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.

Who would be an ideal candidate?

• Analytical & critical thinker with sound problem-solving ability
• The ability to adapt to challenges & take up new initiatives
• The ability to use your judgement and make decisions
• A fast learner possessing a growth mindset & willing to learn new skills
• 1-3 years of experience in a research or data analysis role
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a relevant industry is a plus

What your work would look like

• Conducting research and analysis on various industry trends and competitors
• Collecting, analyzing and interpreting data from various sources
• Creating reports and presentations to share insights and recommendations with internal stakeholders
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support company goals and initiatives
• Staying current on industry developments and identifying opportunities for growth
• Carry out special projects for Catalyst & other internal companies
