- Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas.
- Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company’s ambitious growth both in the Data Solutions and Registrar business.
- Generate business plans and the penetration of new markets.
- Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
- Maintain organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technology strategies
- Collaborate with a team of IT professionals to set specifications for new applications
- Develop Business Proposals and Presentations
- Working to stringent targets, adopt a professional and knowledgeable approach to each new business call.
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Create a culture of service excellence and effective stakeholder management
- Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational Marketing and Client Relationship activities for both the Registrar and Data Solutions business
- Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; and anticipating requirements
- Understand client requirements and how they translate in application features
- Write reports and provide feedback to management about what is and is not working.
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
Work Experience & Education Requirement
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales and an advanced degree, ideally an MBA
- Excellent working experience gathered from a reputable financial institution in at least two of the following markets: Registrars, Fixed Income, and Money Markets
- Ideal working experience in Electronic Document Management System
- Professional Certification in relevant fields is an added advantage
- At least 10 years of Senior Management experience
