Key Responsibilities
- Be the first person of contact between Meeedly and our clients;
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads;
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects;
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects;
- Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments Qualifications;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers;
- Monitoring customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies;
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and support the overall success of the business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field;
- 3+ years of sales experience;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships;
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
- Knowledge of the corporate training and online meeting market, to understand the needs and challenges of businesses in these industries.
Salary
- Fixed salary: 50,000 LKR - 100,000 LKR monthly
- Commission-based bonuses: 0 - 1,000,000 LKR monthly
- Commission from new purchases
