Richpanel is a fully remote SAAS startup with offices in USA, CANADA and India. In the 15 months since launch, we have grown to 1500+ ecommerce stores and raised a seed round from Sequoia. The Richpanel platform helps ecom businesses automate their customer service and scale their ops. We are solving a massive problem that can often hinder or accelerate the growth of an ecom businesses. Businesses spend over $100Bn in customer service each year and we are on a mission to eliminate the bulk of this using our self-service technology.
We are looking for an Account Executive - B2B SaaS who will be responsible for growing our enterprise-tier client base.
What you’ll do:
- Master Richpanel product and have a good understanding of the industry, competition and partner technologies.
- Generate leads through outbound prospecting - cold calling, email & linkedin
- Own the end to end sales process from lead generation, prospecting, demos, contracting and closure
What we are looking for?
- Someone who runs a 360 desk, ie sources their own leads and manages their own book of business
- Ideally someone in who understands the Shopify ecosystem
- Someone who is outgoing
- Driven by numbers
- Tech savvy - can understand customer use cases and set up the product to demonstrate value
- Someone who is doing and comfortable with outbound lead generation
- Working in sales role at an ecommerce agency, ecommerce app or saas app or tech
- Individual contributor
- Has worked in and comfortable with startup environments
Compensation : CAD $70,000 - $100,000 plus $70,000 - $100,000 in bonus
