What You’ll Do
We are a rapidly growing team with a mission to maintain compliance with relevant legislation in all of the countries we operate in by the consistent application of laws and regulations through advising, assisting, engagement, training, auditing, and monitoring.
We have an opportunity for a Compliance Executive to assist in maintaining our regulatory, audit and legal standards.
Our ideal team member will be organised and analytical with an ambitious attitude to ensure that risks are identified and recommendations are implemented. You will be detail-oriented and pragmatic as well as have a creative and curious mindset to help keep Medics.Academy moving forwards.
Responsibilities:
- Audits: Support Compliance Manager with internal and external audits and the results of such; collecting evidence, booking meetings etc;
- Risk Register: on-going management of the company’s risk register and risk treatment plan;
- Document Control: Ownership of the Medics.Academy ‘Document Library’, ensuring that all official documents are kept up to date and are available to all relevant employees;
- Horizon Scanning; Ensure any changes to legislation and requirements are monitored and recorded;
- Project Management: to support compliance project work at an organisational level
- General: Taking minutes for the ISMS management review meetings and Risk Committee meetings; managing the Compliance Team mailbox; triaging questions and picking up ad-hoc requests.
What's Required
Education
Degree in relevant subject
Experience
3+ years within the administration field, auditing knowledge would also be an advantage. Training will be provided.
