HEAD, ADMIN

Job Objectives

· To be responsible for the general administration of the Bank’s Assets and maintenance of same. Strategically liaise and cultivate strong business relationship with all the Bank’s vendor of administrative matters. Develop a working synergy with GTL Properties to ensure seamless and efficient delivery of services to the Bank.

Duties & Responsibilities

§ Develop a strategic administrative plan for the Bank in line with existing guidelines to achieve efficient maintenance and support.

§ Proactively identify relevant and reliable vendors for various assets and maintenance work in the Bank and ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreement(s).

§ In charge of Protocol services in the Bank.

§ Period inspection of the Bank’s assets including the physical building and fittings, pool cars etc.

§ Provide leadership for the entire Pool Drivers and coordination of their tasks and ensuring professional conduct in line with the Bank’s policy.

§ Proactively take charge of the maintenance of the Bank’s assets and develop a schedule to ensure attention is duly given to all assets.

§ Supervision of all repair works on the Bank’s assets.

§ To regularly conduct spot checks on the Bank’s asset and provide reports to the Head of HR & Admin.

§ Actively negotiate with the vendors and suppliers to ensure cost savings for the Bank.

§ Provide facility management services to the Bank.

§ Prepare memos for approval and to the various committees (e.g. Cost Optimization Committee, Procurement Committee etc.)

§ Make all arrangements for inter-state travels and liaise with the CSO on security matters. Ensure that all necessary allowances are prepared and timely paid.

§ Partake in the coordination of events being organized by HR & Admin in the Bank.

§ Supervise and provide directional leadership to staff in the Admin Unit.

§ Perform other duties as assigned by the Head, Human Capital Management & Admin.

Education Requirement

· Minimum of bachelor’s degree (Masters and relevant professional qualifications)

· Professional membership of relevant institutions is desirable.

· Minimum of 7 (seven) years cognate experience.
