Job Title: Legal Officer / Attorney-at-Law

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer with a background in criminal cases to join our legal team. This position can be full-time, part-time or casual work based on the candidate's availability. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing legal issues and providing sound legal advice to our corporate clients.

Responsibilities:

• Representing clients in criminal cases and providing legal counsel in corporate law matters
• Conducting legal research to analyze and interpret laws, regulations, and judicial decisions
• Drafting legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings
• Providing legal advice to clients on various corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, compliance, and regulatory issues
• Negotiating and settling legal disputes
• Collaborating with colleagues and outside counsel to provide comprehensive legal services to our clients
• Staying up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations affecting corporate and criminal law

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in law and a license to practice law
• Proven experience as a corporate lawyer with criminal cases background
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to handle a large caseload and work under pressure
