Role: Senior Business Analyst (Lending Services)

• Turing Consulting is seeking several versatile and delivery-focused Senior Business Analysts to assist delivery of major transformation programs to our Banking/Financial Services clients.
• In-depth experience in Data Analysis, Data Mapping and User Acceptance Testing.
• Development of functional specification requirements for IT Development teams.
• Ability to take complex data reports to communicate effectively via insights for Program Stakeholders, e.g. via visual displays with interactive graphics to present patterns, and trend analysis.
• Development and implementation of guidelines, processes and norms across the various programs for the handling and storage of data.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment, both autonomously on tasks and collaboratively as part of a team to deliver to scope, budget and timescales.
• Analytical, with the ability to digest complex and large data sets to draw insights, conclusions and actions.

• Planning, prioritisation and organisational skills, delivery to schedules, contributing to project planning, risks, issue identification, and dependency management.
• Stakeholder engagement, communication and reporting.

• Collaborative, participating as part of the team to generate key project artefacts.
• Working experience with Atlassian tools (Confluence and JIRA).
• Experience in Microsoft products (eg. Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
• 5 yrs+ Program Delivery experience in Banking and Finance (Preferred)
• Certification in BABOK, Agile or Project Management.
