Cabuyao City, Laguna, Philippines- Work in partnership with the product development team in planning, determining specific requirements, developing samples, and problem-solving in developing new products.
- Ensure that all product development activities are completed within the scheduled timeline as aligned with customer requirements and as agreed with the Product Development Team;
- Provide layout/drawing, prepare corresponding samples and necessary documentation in the development of the item;
- Support in customer negotiation with regard to product development requirements;
- Coordinate with production and sales in the progress of sample product;
- Revision and change of drawings and product samples as may be required by customers;
- Inform the Production / Sales Manager of all accomplished work;
- Development of toolings necessary for the production of items;
- Estimate material requirements and determine the process flow of the product being developed.
