Customer Care Executive
Full-timeColombo, The Premium Online Store, is looking for the services of a proactive Customer Care Executive to work in our close-knit team in Colombo.

Your administration and sales support background in a busy environment, will be an asset. Fluency in English, intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, strong attention to detail and ability to come up with quick solutions are a must in this diverse role. An IT related background is an added advantage.

The sales support aspect of your role will encompass responsibility for acting as a liaison between customers and the company. Assist with complaints, orders, errors, cancellations and all other product related queries. General office administration support is required, when needed.

The role will keep your challenged and busy. If you are a person with a strong customer service focus, excellent attention to detail, and want to be a part of a growing organization, this role would be your ladder to success.
