Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage social media channels of our fellow clientele - Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & WhatsApp
• Contribute towards preparing content calendars on a monthly basis
• Assist in content writing for social media & blogs
• Communicate effectively with all the key stakeholders while meeting their expectations
• Contribute towards campaign planning & execution
• Coordinate closely with the creative, analytics & content team
• Consistently monitor key analytics & prepare timely reports
• Keep a close eye on the current trends on social media
• Contribute towards the overall growth of the company

Main Requirements

• Willingness to learn, grow & perform exceptionally well
• A minimum of 6 months experience in a digital marketing role will be considered as an added advantage
• Excellent level of understanding in social media marketing & management
• Content writing skills for social media channels
• Google Digital Garage & Facebook Blueprint certifications would be considered as a plus point
• Excellent communication, coordination, presentation & time management skills
• Passion, commitment and attention to detail in carrying out tasks
• Basic level of understanding in project management tools such as Trello
• Ability to actively collaborate in team work
