Job Summary: As a Relationship Manager (RM) of a Stock Brokerage Company, you will be responsible for managing and building relationships with clients to drive revenue growth and promote retention. You will provide investment advice, and market insights, and help clients to make informed investment decisions. You will be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of high-value clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to promote retention and drive revenue growth.
• Provide investment advice and market insights to clients to help them make informed investment decisions.
• Manage a portfolio of high-value clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the stock market, investment products, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the timely execution of client requests and queries.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell investment products to clients.
• Monitor client portfolios and proactively recommend adjustments as needed.
• Build a pipeline of new clients through referrals, networking, and other lead-generation strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company's CRM system.
• Provide regular reports to management on client activity, revenue growth, and retention.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.Strong understanding of investment products, the stock market, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
