TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Good knowledge in other Agile frameworks (TDD, BDD, XP etc.) and Lean will be added advantage.
• Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban).
• Understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices.
• Excellent Knowledge in user stories, Definition of done, refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques.
• Ability to server the team.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Computer Science/Software Development or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institute.
• Certified Professional Scrum master (PSM1)/Scrum certified (CSM) / Kanban (KSD) or Scaled Agile/Leading SAFe certified.
• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal Planning and problem solving skills.
• Good Coaching and mentoring skills.
