RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible to perform all operational activities related to cargo services as assigned

Ensure compliance with service level agreement (SLA) for all operational areas for catering to operational variations.

Ensure personal grooming, hygiene standards & proper PPE usage as per company’s standard at all time

Ensure timely completion of al l activities, documentation and statistics related to import / export cargo assigned during shift

Receive, sort and process cargo manifest, transfer manifest, airway bill and AV7 for mail bags as per established procedures; ensure accuracy of required d ocumentation and inform concerned import/export cargo team on discrepancies

Ensure proper update of cargo system for all relevant import/export airway bill data.

Prepare CTM (cargo transfer manifest); ensure application of correct charges as per the established rate and currency conversion; inform customers of shipment arrival

Report to superior any issues or irregularities that may affect the safety, security or timeliness of operations

Performs other related duties as assigned by line manager

Customer Service/ Bonded

Liaise with load control team in preparation of final load statements for timely communication of estimated weight of export cargo.

Respond & attend to customer/consignee queries at reception counter or delivery area.
