JOB DESCRIPTION - Hybrid

We are looking for a responsible Supervisor to oversee the workflow at our facilities. The role is a complex one. She will not just be someone who supervises the work of others but also responsible for coaching, resolving issues, monitoring technicians and serving as a link between technicians, clients and upper management. The ideal candidate will be a competent individual who will be able to guide and train employees.  She will be well-versed in marketing and processes under the role’s responsibility and will be results-driven and focused.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The goal is to ensure that operations are carried out productively so as to ensure profitability and sustainable growth. Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates
  • Organize workflow and ensure that technicians understand their duties or delegated tasks
  • Monitor technician productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
  • Receive complaints and resolve problems either from clients or technicians
  • Make adequate arrangement of equipment for technicians and ensure proper delivery of equipment back to the store after operation
  • Supervise technicians during pest control operation onsite
  • Give reports to managements and pass on information from upper management to technicians and vice versa
  • Prepare and submit performance reports
  • Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-3 years' experience in similar role or relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of handling equipment and chemicals
  • Background in Chemistry, Agriculture, Pest management will be a plus
  • Proficiency in facility management
  • Must possess physical stamina and be able to withstand harsh conditions as the nature of the job requires standing for a long period of time and working in an uncomfortable environment
  • Strong ability to keep good records of hours worked, chemicals used and operation process
  • Must possess marketing skills and be able to meet targets
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Diploma/Certificate in first line management or relevant field
  • BSc/BA in management/Agriculture/Pest management or relevant discipline will be considered an advantage
