We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales & Customer Relations-Executive to join our team and contribute to enhancing sales in the HORECA sector.

SALES & CUSTOMER RELATIONS-EXECUTIVE

The Sales & Customer Relations-Executive will be responsible for sending quotes and product requests to customers, planning and developing new initiatives to improve sales in the HORECA sector, coordinating with cross-functional departments to meet goals and targets, preparing stock volumes and forecasting annual plans, managing walk-in customers, and coordinating with local suppliers for better execution of supply chain.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of customer service experience and a relevant qualification, fluency in English, proficiency in MS Office and Smart Sheets, and the ability to present sales and collection-related data to management.
