Account Manager - Social Media

The focus of this role is to build, manage, and scale Facebook ad campaigns that meet or exceed designated campaign Key Performance Indicators for our customers. You will accomplish this by working closely with the Marketing team to build, maintain, troubleshoot, and scale Facebook ad campaigns. The ideal Account Manager has a HIGH attention to detail (following our SOPs and strategic direction). Additionally, they reliably check in on campaign performance and clearly report results, trends, problems, and opportunities. You should be eager to get your hands dirty in the data to spot problems and proactively recommend solutions. You are free to complete your work from anywhere you choose. This is a part time position to start. The right candidates will be able to progress to full time and higher paid roles quickly (3+ months).
The Role
As a Facebook Ads Manager, you will help us monitor and manage our social media initiatives by providing accurate data and insights on our ongoing campaigns.
- Campaign Management - You create, manage, and optimize campaigns on different platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads), troubleshoot Issues on the each, execute ad changes.
- Testing & Reporting - You collect and analyze data, perform daily and weekly reporting, and build dashboards with the information. You will need to analyze user engagement (e.g., Click through rate) and provide a rational interpretation of the data.
- Communication - You respond to communications in a timely manner, escalate and alert teams via Whatsapp/phone/text when unexpected trends or errors are detected.
- Manage and optimize advertising spending on Facebook and other interactive social media platforms
- Design, write and improve landing pages as needed for better conversion rates
- Leverage tools and technology to track performance, calculate ROI, and monitor competition
- Brainstorm and support in executing other advertising efforts
The Requirements
- Must have strong (1+ year) experience with Facebook Business Manager (Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms are a plus!)
- Must be able to run campaigns on at least 2 digital platforms (Facebook ads, Google ads, etc.)
- Must be able to analyze and interpret metrics from different digital platforms (Facebook, Google analytics, etc.)
- Understanding of Excel for analysis (leveraging pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
- Great English communication skills
- Must be able to follow the agreed timeline and meet deadlines
- Must be able to create reports to be presented in weekly and monthly Mancoms.
