The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations at KitchenSpot, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. This individual will be responsible for managing the supply chain, logistics, and warehouse operations, as well as coordinating with vendors, customers, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain, including inventory management, vendor selection, and product distribution.
  • Manage the logistics and transportation of goods, coordinating with carriers and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Oversee the warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient handling of goods and timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and ensure the company is meeting their expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement and maintain best practices for safety, quality control, and compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage and develop a team of operations staff, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
