We're searching for a rockstar Head of Sales part of our founding team to drive our sales growth globally.

Job Summary

As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for generating and closing leads, as well as developing sales strategies to drive growth for the organization. You will work closely with the founders and the rest of the team to build and execute on a sales plan that aligns with our overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales plan that meets or exceeds revenue goals and drives growth for the company
  • Conduct market research to identify and target potential customers through various channels
  • Search, identify, contact and qualify new leads through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, cold calling, emailing, and networking
  • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the value proposition of our product/service
  • Negotiate and close deals with new customers, including contract negotiations and pricing
  • Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, and ensure a seamless handoff to the customer success team
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries
  • Collaborate with the product team to provide customer feedback and insights to inform product development and improvements
  • Continuously monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to meet targets

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of generating new business and closing deals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strategic mindset and ability to think creatively about sales strategies and tactics
  • Hands-on approach to sales, with a willingness to lead by example and generate leads and close deals yourself
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a successful sales plan
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
