Remote Solar Advisor/Recruiter

As a high ticket closer, you will be responsible for educating and helping homeowners switch to solar energy, which often results in a financial benefit of over $100,000+. Our unique educational and 'soft sell' approach helps our clients save tens of thousands of dollars over the life of their home, increase their home value by 10-17%, and do it with zero out-of-pocket costs. You will have the opportunity to generate your first few leads, then work with warm leads generated through our innovative and proven lead generation system.

We are offering an 'earn while you learn' program during training, where you can earn $2500-$5000 split sales, without any caps on how much you can earn. As a sales manager, you can earn a very high 6 figure yearly income with management overrides and bonuses.

As a recruiter, you get to join our team and work as a recruiter under our recruiting manager on building a sales team from which you would profit from each sale every single one of your recruits makes. (Please note that this would practically take little to no effort from you as we already have plans to ensure you do not work too hard and are able to focus on high ticket closing)

We are looking for candidates who are honest, ambitious, teachable and have good people skills. While previous job experience is necessary, we take an educational approach to help our clients. We are hiring English-speaking solar advisors, and knowing other languages is a plus.

This is a 100% commission position.

Responsibilities:

• Educate and help homeowners switch to solar energy
• Work your first few leads then work with warm leads generated through our lead generation system
• Utilize a unique educational and 'soft sell' approach to help clients
• Close sales and earn unlimited commissions
• Take part in the recruiting process, which is already laid out and made easy.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ambitious and teachable
• Honest and ethical
• Ability to work independently from a remote location with an internet connection

Compensation:

• Unlimited commissions, with no caps on earning potential
• $2500-$5000 split sales.
• $900 - $2000 from each recruits sales
