About The Position:

We are looking for an associate IT Recruiter to join our growing team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within our organization. You will work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process that results in hiring top-quality IT talent.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the IT staffing needs of the organization.

• Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.

• Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and experience.

• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and making job offers.

• Screen resumes and job applications.

• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to stay ahead of the competition.

• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

• Provide regular updates and reports to clients and management on the status of recruitment projects.
