• 12 years of Software Development experience with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of managing teams and tracking productivity in an agile and remote context.

• • Strong knowledge of JAVA 8, Hibernate/EclipseLink, SQL queries, JavaScript, jQuery, JSP pages, Struts, and EJB will be an added advantage.

• • Strong understanding of Spring, Springboot, Hibernate, and Microservices

• • Able to work with Architects, Business Analysts, and Leads and drive the teams to success.

• • Stakeholder management and ability to work with the customer in understanding and driving the customer's vision.

• • Able to implement design patterns and best practices.

• • Knowledge of using tools like SVN, Jenkins, Gradle, Jira, and any ALM tools like Smartbear QA complete or HP ALM

• • Good communication skills in English.

• • Prior experience working in the Health domain is a plus, but not mandatory.
