REGIONAL BUSINESS MANAGER

Job Summary: As a Business Regional Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability within your assigned region by developing and growing sales channels, optimizing warehousing assets, and accelerating the transition to a marketplace model. You will also focus on the growth of value-added revenue lines to support the company's overall sales goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the different sales channels and product categories within your assigned region.
· Own the profit and loss decisions for the region, and drive profitable growth through effective cost management and revenue generation.
· Optimize the use of warehousing assets to provide fulfilment services for both primary and secondary sales, and act as an exclusive distributor for manufacturers.
· Drive the transition from proprietary transactions to a marketplace model, accelerating the process to increase efficiency and revenue growth.
· Identify and focus on the value-added revenue lines to support the company's overall sales goals and objectives.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to achieve regional sales goals and objectives.
· Ensure that the right number and quality of outbound sales executives, Account Managers, and Vehicle Sales Representatives are recruited and active in the region
· Manage and develop a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and guidance to support their growth and development.
· Ensure that the right number and quality of outbound sales executives, Account Managers, and Vehicle Sales Representatives are recruited and active in the region
· Continuously appraise the performance of the Outbound Sales Executives, Account Managers, and Vehicle Sales Representatives in the region.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements (Skills and Qualifications):
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
· Proactive and results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving goals and objectives.
· Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
· Willingness to travel within the region as required.
