MBA Intern - Market Research Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • In depth research on Global market to perform analysis and formulate strategies.
  • Create a detailed research report for new business lines and opportunities.
  • Provide analysis on various market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales, methods of operation and market strategies.
  • Perform market research SWOT analysis.
  • Interpret market data and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations to make recommendations to the senior management.
  • Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties research and implement best practices.
  • Compile and analyze statistical data to support market research.
  • Understand business objectives and discover prospective business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Strong academic background. Preferably an MBA graduate or CFA Level 3 candidate.
  • Motivated individual who has the ability to grow and has an open mind towards gaining experience in new markets.
  • Previous internship experience in Market Research Analysis (preferred)
  • Strong quantitative and market research skills.
  • Ability to interpret large amounts of data and multi-task.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc)
