Responsibilities
- Lead the modeling, scripting, coding, and overall development of business process; automation opportunities using leading RPA platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism) and common supporting technologies.
- Support business partners and other developers to execute RPA initiatives by analyzing and designing process workflows; developing, testing, and implementing RPA solutions
- Assist the leadership to identify opportunities and support the development of business cases to drive the continued adoption of RPA solutions throughout the organization
- Work with business partners and program leads to ensure all relevant process documentation is in place and maintained; supports knowledge transfer activities with bot operators and business owners
- Share experience and knowledge to assist in the development of recommendations and solutions that are aligned with industry best practices
- Liaise with engineers and technology experts to ascertain system requirements for RPA solutions; functional capacity, constraints and overall infrastructure requirements and prerequisites
- Lead daily monitoring of existing RPA solutions and triage of issues as they arise.
- Experience in any Process Automation/Integration IT Projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of RPA development or related Business Process Automation experience
- Able to support the full development lifecycle for RPA opportunities
- Certification on a leading RPA platform (e.g. UiPath, or Automation Anywhere, BluePrism, etc.)
- Experience in working in cloud environment like AWS or Azure
- Exposure to Machine Learning and AI
- Understanding of common application development frameworks and languages (.NET, VB/VBA, C# recommended)
- Knowledge and understanding of relational databases, tools, and SQL
- Exemplary oral and written communication skills including meeting facilitation and presentation
- Effective collaboration skills with ability to interface with all levels of management and staff
- Knowledge of business process architecture standards and the demonstrated ability to advocate and enforce their use
- Critical and practical thinking - ability to balance financial, architectural, business and IT objectives
- Knowledge and understanding of prevailing development methodologies
- Solid command of common architectures (web, client-server, real-time integration, SOA, BPM)
Work Week
- Monday to Friday
Shift (SL Time)
- Straddle 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Night 7:30 PM – 4:00 AM
