ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Accounts
- Acts as AE for FEMI's inbound clients- prepares quotation, does contract writing and routing to TM & Talent. (Client Categories split into 3)
- Briefs talent with the scope of work & monitors execution of the project.
- Must prepare billing invoice and submit to client once contract is signed.
- Must ensure CLIENT DRIVEN content guidelines are being followed.
- Makes sure that execution timelines are met.
- Must follow up payment status on a timely manner.
- Facilitates all client concerns.
Talent Management & Development
- Must ensure all marketing plans done with TM is executed in a timely manner.
- Must have a ready calendar for each talent’s schedule.
- Handles all basic talent concern and must be able to respond within 1 hour.
- Facilitate incoming and sent home talents. (Lodging, transpo and exit/entry briefer).
- Act as a Road manager and accompany talents to any paid offsite project.
- Coordination with sales and marketing, creatives and production teams for materials and related to talents' deliverables.
- Updating Dollar and Peso Rate card with Talent Manager
- Ensures that the talent's tasks /contracts in and out of the mansion are duly fulfilled.
- Acts as a police officer on investigating issues, any form of breaches, violations in connection to the MOU and TMA.
- Ensures all violations are monitored, demand letters are served and
- explained.
Relationship Management
- Acts as AE for FEMI's partners such as FNC, KUMU and HelixPay.
- Well informed of all talent and FEMI cut on all monthly earnings with the said partner.
- Must ensure all marketing plans done by TM and talent is executed in a timely manner.
- Must follow up payment status on a timely manner.
- Facilitates all client concerns and relays to TM and talent.
Talent Casting
- Must study the flow of talent scouting, be knowledgeable of how to present and pitch to potential talents.
- Must be knowledgeable of the FEMI Apprentice program.
- Assist the Talent Manager on ensuring the presentations are prepared.
- Scout for new talents via use of social media platforms and submit to assigned INTERN a target of 2-5 accounts daily.
Loyalties
- Must study all TALENT MANAGEMENT and MUSIC ARTIST MANAGEMENT contracts of FEMI and be well equipped of its ins and outs.
- Must be able to prepare all contract for new talents.
- Must be able to do basic partnership agreements with brands and sponsors.
