Our esteemed partner is looking for product-oriented Engineering Managers to lead full-stack teams within New Verticals. These fullstack teams are composed of iOS, Android, web, and backend engineers working with Product Managers to build and scale exciting new products on top of organization's existing platform.

As an Engineering Manager, you will partner closely with Product Managers and business owners to define the roadmap and vision for your team, while helping your team members develop.

This team is based in NYC and you will report into a Senior Engineering Manager within our New Verticals organization.

• Provide architectural guidance and professional development for a team growing to 7+
• Oversee the hiring process for your team, in partnership with recruiting, to grow a diverse and inclusive team
• Collaborate with Product Managers, business leaders, and other stakeholders to determine the team's roadmap and vision, and manage execution against that roadmap
• Partner with the sales & operations teams to define and work on efficiency improvements

• 2+ years of experience in people management leading a full-stack team (backend, web, & mobile) of 5+ engineers
• Extensive experience as an engineer in a fast-paced, product-focused development environment
