Professionally representing company via direct, face-to-face customer and vendor contact in a sales capacity
Provide information about competitors, market, legislative, compliance and industry trends to management and colleagues as appropriate.
Prepares and reviews market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs, volume potential, pricing schedules and develops sales campaigns to achieve company sales goals.
Spends approximately 60% of time in the area visiting distributors and building useful relationships with them, in order to close the business deal as per the sales forecast plan.
Ensuring our brand is accurately represented in all sales communication – from sales leads to existing customers
Forecasting sales goals and keeping tabs on the needs of the market
Relaying customer insights and sales data to product team and operations to support product development
Helping to set sales goals and monitoring their progress, making improvements or adjustments when needed
Coaching and leading his team to achieve sales goals.
Educating the sales team on time-to-time manner bases on sales techniques
Delivering reports on sales goals, target and additional sales insights
Regional Sales Manager Qualifications:
Post-secondary education focusing on Business or Marketing
10+ years of Marketing or Sales experience
Strategic thinking
Professional communication skills through email and phone calls.
Experience leading a team is considered a definite asset
A desire to mentor and support others is required for this role
