The responsibilities of this position include delivering every project on time within budget and scope. APM should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis and should be skilled at getting the best out of the people and projects that they oversee. Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering or an advanced diploma in Engineering or equivalent professional qualification in a related field. Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in the hotel kitchen and laundry or relevant environment. Excellent oral and written skills in both English and Sinhala languages. Sound knowledge in MS office package and good understanding of reading drawings prepared - AutoCAD / Revit / QS MEP project knowledge is mandatory. Possessing, commercial kitchen & laundry experience will be an added advantage.
