Position: Staff Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and competent Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, monitoring patient health and progress, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care according to established nursing protocols and standards of care.
• Monitor and assess patient health status and document findings in medical records.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention, self-care techniques, and treatment options.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Females prefered
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or an equivalent nursing qualification.
• Active nursing license.
• Proven work experience as a Staff Nurse or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of nursing protocols and standards of care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
