The Objective:
Primarily supports the CEO and works cohesively with his team members, as directed by the CEO, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Providing high-level business support and assistance to the CEO and his team as directed by the CEO.
- Performing day-to-day & strategic tasks including client management, partnership management, professional management such as agendas, mail, email, phone calls and other company logistics on behalf of the CEO.
- Conducting primary and secondary research, analyzing client and/or partnership data, generating potential business leads and preparing documentation, presentation as business support to CEO and his team.
- Receiving all incoming communication on behalf of the CEO, reviewing content, determining importance, and summarizes and/or distributes content to the CEO and/or appropriate person.
- Preparing business statements, reports, memos, invoices, letters, & other documents, and filing and retrieving corporate records, and documentation.
- Maintaining a high-level of professionalism and strict confidentiality.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by the CEO.

Required qualifications:
- Three or more years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to an upper management Executive.
- Fluent and proficient in English in both written & verbal forms.
