As the Business Development Manager - Trading and Specialized B2B, you will drive our company's growth plans to become a leading player in the market. Responsibilities:

· Conduct a thorough market feasibility study to diversify our product range, monitor the sales budget, and provide insightful sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Requirements:

· A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and sales management, preferably within the FMCG industry.

· A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills and strong analytical skills

· Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and inspire a sales team to achieve exceptional results.

· A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field or significant number of years of experience in the Trading and Specialized B2B Segment.

· Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools to leverage technology for sales performance.

· Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while focusing on delivering exceptional results.

· Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers, attend industry events, and stay ahead of market trends.
