Responsibilities

1. Collaborating with the product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
2. Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
3. Conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
4. Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
5. Establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Proven UI/UX experience and a strong portfolio.
2. Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
3. Proficiency in visual design and wireframing tools including Figma.
4. Strong knowledge in responsive design.
5. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
6. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
7. Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
8. Experience working in an Agile development process.
