Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Develop detailed test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases, test scenarios, and test results.
• Execute manual test cases to identify software defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing on various software applications.
• Should be able to Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases for both functional & non-functional testing including performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
• Validate software features, functionality, and user interfaces to ensure they meet specified requirements.
• Analyze and report test results to stakeholders, including identifying defects and potential Improvements
• Work closely with developers to identify and troubleshoot issues in test environments

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of solid hands-on experience in QE automation, with expertise in tools like Selenium, Playwright, or equivalent frameworks.
• Proven ability to build and maintain automated testing frameworks and contribute to end-to-end QE strategies.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills to identify root causes quickly and effectively.
• Experience in integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar).
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and working effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence through expertise.
• Exposure to AI-driven testing tools and AI-based automation frameworks will be an added advantage.
