Responsibilities:

• Develop a range of stories and pieces of content for internal digital marketing channels (e.g., Website copy, Social media channel, Digital PR, Blog posts, Video script, Digital campaign creatives, and more) that focus on increasing brand awareness and drive traffic aligned to the overall content strategy.
• Reporting and working closely with the Content Strategist and Digital Marketing Team to grow clients' digital presence by writing clear, concise, convincing, and engaging copy
• Conducting brand, tone of voice and content audits for prospects and active clients.
• Conducting keyword research, market trend analysis, competitor content analysis and strategically incorporating target keywords into the content.
• Write content using best practices for inclusivity, accessibility, and SEO to reach the right target audience.
• Proofreading and editing content written by clients, other copywriters, or company staff.
• Analyzing content performance and providing recommendations for further optimization and reporting

Requirements:

• A degree in journalism, creative writing, communications, or any other relevant courses
• A minimum of three (3) years experience in a copywriter role with a focus on digital channels across a range of industries
• Fantastic written and verbal communication skills. Creativity, excellent writing skills, and a passion for bringing a brand to life across a range of applications.
• Strong understanding of SEO writing tactics
• Strong ability to conduct independent research to gain a proficient knowledge base of client industry to deliver quality copy
• Relatable Tech industry experience preferred, but not a requirement.
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Digital Marketing Agency working environment experience
• A positive can-do attitude is a must
