Responsibilities
- Sound knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations, including EPF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, and Payroll.
- Proficiency in handling payroll processes and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software applications.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Bonus:
Experience with MS Office.
Good understanding of Labour Compliance & Payroll Process
Pre-Requisites:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
