Position:

The Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor will provide instrumentation / electronic / electrical maintenance.

engineering expertise and support to always ensure the continuous availability of all plant equipment in

accordance with the Integrated Management System, O&M manuals, and terms of the O&M contract.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager and closely coordinating with the Mechanical Supervisor, he will also.

contribute to ensure that all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance is performed in accordance with the annual

budget and client specifications.

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintain, monitor, and upgrade all instrumentation, control equipment and electrical installations.

2. Responsible for the monitoring and calibration of all instrumentation and control systems

3. Coordinate/organize the annual, monthly, weekly, and daily preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance

program, based on the CMMS and ad hoc occurrences, with the mechanical supervisor.

4. Analyze and evaluate the preventive maintenance schedules with the maintenance manager

5. Participates in the development and implementation of CMMS goals, objectives, policies and priorities

6. Participate in the spares parts monitoring

7. Directs studies which are investigating methods of improving instrumentation preventive maintenance and

reducing failures and cost

8. Maintain relevant records, files and technical documentation up to date

9. Prepare instrumentation reports as requested

10. Order supplies and equipment for the department with approval of the Maintenance Manager

11. Evaluate the quality of and supervise contractors/subcontractors when on site

12. Provide and manage tools required to carry out all maintenance activities

13. Manage the Instrumentation Team, supervise technicians and assist in the field when required

14. Evaluate employee performance, review and approve schedule

15. Propose staff training and continuous improvement of his team

16. Develop and revise procedures in accordance with the IMS

17. Be part of the Permit to Work System as Acceptor

18. Ensure the adherence to Company policies and procedures at all times

19. Ensure and supervise good housekeeping in accordance with best practice principles at all times.
