Accountable for adherence to the bank’s policies as well as CBSL regulatory and compliance framework.
Person Profile
Minimum 6 to 7 years of relevant experience
Graduate from a recognized University and full qualification in Banking
Strong written, oral communication and negotiation skills
Proven leadership skills, and the ability to coach staff to ensure a high level of customer service
Strong analytical skills and ability to multitask
Self-driven individual and a motivator
Good knowledge of modern bank management techniques and best practices
Familiarity with the industry’s rules and regulations
Team player and ability to work independently
Preference will be given to the applicants residing in and around Kandy and the suburbs
