Step 1: Screening Assessment

We will test your English language proficiency (Reading comprehension, Listening skills, speaking skills), basic math skills, cognitive ability and profile your personality.

We will also check your credit history and conduct a criminal background check, in accordance with the US federal and state regulatory requirements.

Step 2: On-site interview

On-site interview will be held in Hyderabad, India. At the interview, you are expected to answer questions based on the specific topic related to US mortgage finance. Study material for the topic will be provided ahead of your interview to help you prepare.

If you successfully clear the screening assessment and on-site interview, you will be offered a **US Mortgage Financial Advisor – Trainee position **in our office in Hyderabad, India.

Step 3: Fast Track to US Mortgage Financial Advisor

US Mortgage Advisor Trainees will be part of the free training program for 30 days to help them prepare for the US NMLS SAFE MLO Test, a requirement for becoming licensed as a Mortgage Loan Originator in the United States. The intensive training program will use classroom, on-line, off line tutoring and will involve self study.

Upon successful completion of the necessary licensing requirements including the NMLS SAFE MLO Test, candidates will be offered a US Mortgage Financial Advisor – Associate position (Licensed US MLO). You will be working out of our office in Hyderabad, India. and will have an opportunity to progress to a full fledged US Mortgage Financial Advisor position in as little as 12 months.
