We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Advertising Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing effective Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. Your primary goal will be to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase conversions through strategic social media advertising.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to meet specific marketing objectives.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences and optimize ad targeting.
• Create compelling ad copy, headlines, and visuals that resonate with the target audience.
• Design and develop visually appealing and engaging ad creatives, including images and videos.
• Monitor ad performance regularly and make data-driven adjustments to optimize campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance, including ad copy, visuals, targeting, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad campaigns with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media advertising.
• Provide regular reports and analysis of campaign performance, including key metrics and insights.
• Stay informed about changes in social media platforms' advertising policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms, advertising principles, and best practices.
• Proficient in using Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging ad content.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with other social media platforms and advertising channels is a plus.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools and video editing software is an advantage.
