Lead a small team of 3-4 software engineers, providing guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices and coding standards. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and performance of software applications. Utilize SQL and PostgreSQL to design and optimize database structures. Work with AWS Cloud or similar cloud platforms to deploy and manage software applications. Explore and implement new technologies and frameworks to enhance software functionality and performance. Document requirements, specifications, and technical processes to facilitate effective communication within the team. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. A Master's degree in Computer Science is a plus. 8+ years of progressive software engineering experience, demonstrating a track record of successful productivity. Strong proficiency in Python and related frameworks. Extensive experience with SQL and hands-on experience with PostgreSQL. 2+ years of experience working with AWS Cloud or similar cloud platforms. Exposure to warehouse automation is highly desirable. Ability to effectively document requirements, specifications, and technical processes. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
