We do community events instead of marketing and have wild ideas we want to implement, but we need more hands on deck!

THE ROLE

• Developing new products with suppliers
• Handling Suppliers:
  • Sourcing and coordinating new suppliers (local and international)
  • Negotiating prices based on demand forecast
  • Creating purchase orders and managing order process with suppliers
• Monitoring and forecasting stock levels: reordering, balancing meeting forecast demand with cash flow
• Provide routine information to the management team to support operational decision-making
• Quality control
• Recruiting new customers within existing and new industries
• Represent Ananta at external events

WHAT WE NEED

• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build strong relationships with suppliers.
• Someone who is ambitious and hungry to make as much impact as possible
• At least 2 years' experience in an operations analyst or business analyst role and understand sales process
• A wizard with numbers and spreadsheets
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills
• Great interpersonal skills and enjoys dealing with different types of people
