Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with the company's goals and industry best practices.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies, ensuring effective communication and timely enrollment.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and overall professional development.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive work culture, and promoting employee satisfaction and well-being.
- Manage the performance appraisal process, working closely with managers to establish clear performance goals and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements, ensuring compliance and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Lead and coordinate employee disciplinary actions and investigations, ensuring fair and consistent practices in line with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably within the coworking, real estate, or consulting industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations.
- Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition, with a demonstrated ability to attract and retain top talent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively collaborate with employees at all levels.
- Solid understanding of performance management processes and techniques.
- Prior exposure to tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, Collaboration or automation apps, etc
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative HR solutions.
- Strong ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive HR information.
