JD- System Engineer Responsibilities

 Manage and administer the complete IT Infrastructure

 Strong understanding of Microsoft infrastructure technologies including: DHCP, DNS,

WINS, Active Directory, GPO, Exchange

 Manage local AD, Azure AD, Office 365, administration, licensing, changes.

 Support, administer, optimize, and maintain development of SQL server database

environments.

 Experience in managing, securing, and supporting Microsoft Windows Server

environments, associated technologies, and solutions.

 Administration of endpoint management systems such as System Center Configuration

Manager (SCCM), Intune

 Resolve complex support tickets escalated from other teams.

 Demonstrated experience with Office 365 and Azure including administration.

 The ability to be able to troubleshoot complex technical problems.

 Work unsupervised on several activities concurrently, taking ownership and prioritizing

accordingly.

Skills Required

 Bachelor’s degree in information technology / computer science.

 Having Microsoft Certificate will be added advantages (AZ-104, MS-100, MS-101, DP-

300).

 Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field.

 Familiarity with Azure / O365 cloud platforms.

 Strong knowledge in Windows, Databases, and System infrastructure.

 Strong knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.

 Ability to work independently.
