Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the B2B market, focusing on companies in the IT sector.
- Conduct cold calls and emails to introduce our services, effectively communicate the value proposition, and schedule meetings with prospects.
- Conduct thorough research on prospective clients to understand their specific hiring needs and pain points.
- Present product demos and provide training sessions to both prospects and existing clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing ongoing support, addressing any concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Revive old leads and opportunities, re-engaging with past prospects to explore new possibilities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share market insights, exchange best practices, and contribute to overall sales strategy.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by closing deals and securing agreements with a minimum of 5 new companies per month.
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
