Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the B2B market, focusing on companies in the IT sector.
  • Conduct cold calls and emails to introduce our services, effectively communicate the value proposition, and schedule meetings with prospects.
  • Conduct thorough research on prospective clients to understand their specific hiring needs and pain points.
  • Present product demos and provide training sessions to both prospects and existing clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing ongoing support, addressing any concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Revive old leads and opportunities, re-engaging with past prospects to explore new possibilities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share market insights, exchange best practices, and contribute to overall sales strategy.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by closing deals and securing agreements with a minimum of 5 new companies per month.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software to track leads, manage opportunities, and monitor sales performance.
