Our client, who is a renowned "Education & Immigration Consultancy Company", is looking to hire dynamic, customer-focused individuals with excellent communication skills to join their team as "Call Center Agents" immediately!
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Calling and converting companies provided leads, as well as generating your own.
- Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics.
- Identify customer needs, research issues, resolve complaints, and provide solutions.
- Building lasting relationships with clients and other team members based on trust and reliability.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- Age between 20 - 25 years.
- Previous experience working in a Customer Sales or Customer Support role is preferred.
- Qualification in Sales/Marketing from a recognized institution will be a definite advantage.
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
- Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills.
- Ability to maintain a patient, polite and professional attitude at all times.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Adaptability, and accountability with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Team player with the ability to work well with a diverse group of people.
