A bachelor’s degree in IT/Software Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent

professional qualification

 Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in IT Business Analysis

 Understanding of different business processes and industry best practices

 Excellent Analytical and Problem-solving skills

 Requirements elicitation, Business process modeling, and comprehensive user story

creation

 Detail orientated and capable of delivering with a high level of accuracy

 Ability to prepare high-quality documentation paying attention to detail

 Writing easy-to-understand user interface text, SRS, user guides, and other training

materials

 Experience in working with tools such as JIRA, TFS, Azure DevOps

 Excellent written skills in English

 Good written, communication, and public relations skills (The position will require

direct communication and collaboration with the client)

 Experience interacting with international customers would be a huge plus

 PMI – PBA or IIBA – CBAP or equivalent would be an added advantage
