Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and patience
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide the best customer experience
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Customer service experience preferred but not required
