Responsibilities:

Product Positioning and Messaging: Define and articulate clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our offerings in the market. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and competitive landscape to craft value propositions that resonate with target audiences.

Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and product updates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to ensure successful product launches and effective sales enablement.

Market Research and Customer Insights: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify market trends, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities. Utilize data-driven insights to inform product positioning, messaging, and ongoing marketing efforts.

Marketing Collateral and Sales Enablement: Develop high-impact marketing collateral, including sales presentations and product datasheets to support the sales team and enable effective customer engagement. Ensure that sales teams have the necessary tools and resources to effectively communicate product value and drive sales.

Pricing and Packaging Strategy: Collaborate with product development and finance teams to develop pricing strategies and packaging options that maximize revenue and align with customer needs and market dynamics. Conduct pricing analysis and regularly review and refine pricing strategies based on market feedback and business objectives.

Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments to identify opportunities and potential threats. Develop strategies to differentiate our offerings and maintain a competitive advantage.

Product Marketing Campaigns: Plan, develop, and execute integrated product marketing campaigns that generate awareness, drive demand, and support sales efforts. Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage various marketing channels, including digital, social media, and content marketing to maximize campaign impact.

Team Leadership and Collaboration: Build and lead a high-performing brand marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members. Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to align product marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Product Performance Analysis: Establish metrics and tracking mechanisms to monitor product performance, measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, and identify areas for improvement. Analyze data and generate reports to evaluate campaign success, product adoption, and revenue generation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

Proven experience (5+ years) in product marketing, preferably in a leadership role.

Strong track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies and campaigns.

Deep understanding of product marketing principles, market dynamics, and customer behavior.

Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and compelling messaging.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Analytical mindset and proficiency in utilizing data and insights to drive decision-making.

Proficiency in market research tools, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
