Job Description:

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Entry Level PHP Developer to join our team. As an Entry Level PHP Developer, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow your skills while working on exciting web development projects. You will collaborate with experienced developers and contribute to the development of high-quality web applications.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining PHP web applications
• Collaborate with senior developers to understand project requirements and contribute to delivering high-quality solutions
• Write clean and efficient code following coding standards and best practices
• Participate in code reviews and implement feedback for continuous improvement
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, and assist in providing timely resolutions
• Stay updated with the latest web development trends, technologies, and frameworks
• Learn from experienced developers and actively seek opportunities to enhance your skills
• Assist in optimizing the performance and scalability of existing applications
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure the delivery of bug-free applications
• Contribute to project planning and estimation activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Basic knowledge of PHP programming language and web development concepts
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Understanding of relational databases and basic SQL queries
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for web development and eagerness to learn and grow

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with any PHP frameworks (such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter)
• Familiarity with version control systems (such as Git) and collaboration tools (such as Jira)
• Knowledge of frontend frameworks (Vue.js, React, Angular, etc.)
• Understanding of basic software development principles (e.g., OOP, MVC)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
